Project Execution Process
1. Business Operations Review
Cloud ERP 360 will conduct a detailed review of your business operations, workflows, and existing legacy systems to understand operational requirements and identify bottlenecks.
2. Customized Proposal & Architecture Submission
Following the assessment, a comprehensive proposal will be submitted outlining the recommended solution architecture, implementation methodology, project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
3. Project Award & Performance Security
Upon approval of the proposal, the Client shall issue a formal Work Award or Letter of Intent (LOI) confirming the project award.
Performance Guarantee: At the time of project award, the Client shall provide a Performance Security Cheque equivalent to 100% of the project value. This cheque remains a performance guarantee throughout implementation and is not deposited during successful project execution.
4. Implementation & Go-Live
System deployment, CSV data migration, staff training, UAT testing, and formal project completion acceptance letter.
Terms & Key Governance
- All operational data and business processes shared by the Client shall remain strictly confidential.
- Software architecture, source code, and intellectual property developed by Cloud ERP 360 remain exclusive property unless agreed in writing.
- Project timelines depend upon timely data provision and cooperation from the Client team.
- Upon successful completion and acceptance, the Client issues a formal Performance Satisfaction Letter.
