2. Classification of Roles: Data Controller vs. Data Processor
To maintain legal transparency under global data protection jurisprudence, Cloud ERP 360 operates under two distinct legal classifications depending on how information is created, stored, and utilized:
verified_user Cloud ERP 360 as Data Controller
We act as a Data Controller regarding information directly provided by individuals who browse our public marketing website, register for corporate demonstration sessions, submit inquiry forms, or create an administrative subscription account (e.g., account executive name, business telephone number, corporate email address, and billing metadata). We determine the purposes and means of processing this administrative metadata.
database Cloud ERP 360 as Data Processor
When a subscribing business tenant enters commercial operational records into the Cloud ERP 360 SaaS ecosystem (including retail customer contacts, retail point-of-sale invoices, vendor ledgers, employee biometric clock-ins, payroll compensation records, and warehouse inventory counts), the Subscribing Enterprise is the exclusive Data Controller. Cloud ERP 360 acts solely as a Data Processor executing processing commands strictly to provide the software service in accordance with the tenant's subscription agreement.
3. Categories of Information We Collect & Process
We adhere strictly to the statutory principle of data minimization (GDPR Article 5(1)(c)), collecting only records strictly essential for platform execution, transactional fulfillment, and statutory taxation compliance:
